Sentado, izquierda a derecha: Ignacio Álvarez, Alfredo Ergas, Jaime de la Barra InBest fue constituida con fecha 5 de noviembre de 2009, como una Corporación de Derecho Privado sin fines de lucro, cuyo objeto es facilitar la comunicación entre los actores locales y los inversionistas y agentes del mercado global interesados en invertir en nuestro país o desde Chile hacia el mundo. Se trata de una institucionalidad impulsada por el sector privado, y en que las autoridades económicas participan como colaboradoras, patrocinadoras y/o facilitadoras de la ejecución de sus objetivos. Para estos efectos, InBest podrá celebrar acuerdos de entendimiento con los representantes del Ministerio de Hacienda, Banco Central, SVS y otros organismos públicos. La constitución de InBest tuvo lugar al alero del Consejo Consultivo del Mercado del Capitales, órgano asesor del Ministro de Hacienda integrado por reconocidos profesionales del sector privado, que se desempeñan activamente en el mercado financiero. Todos sus socios fundadores son miembros activos de dicho consejo. Los socios fundadores de la Corporación InBest son los siguientes: Ignacio Álvarez, Patricio Arrau, José Miguel Cruz, Jaime de la Barra, Jaime Munita, Diego Peralta, Alberto Pulido Cruz, José Manuel Silva, Axel Christensen, Alfredo Ergas, Guillermo Tagle y Alberto Etchegaray. ENGLISH InBest is a non-profit organization formed in November 2009 aimed at promoting the Chilean market’s strengths and advantages in financial services before the international financial community. InBest is also a permanent communication channel for non Chilean investors, the most important Chilean securities’ issuers and other participants in the Chilean capital markets, including governmental authorities.
